The Hotel OGRIS AM SEE has been in existence for over 70 years. Astrid Meyer-Hainisch is the third generation to run the family business with twelve rooms since 2010. She is not only a passionate hostess, but also an architect and visionary designer of the 4* boutique hotel, which was the first hotel directly on Lake Wörthersee to be certified with the Austrian Ecolabel. Together with her family and a small, dedicated team, she has created a family retreat for summer vacations at OGRIS AM SEE.

Astrid is a hostess and creator. She loves Lake Wörthersee and the region and seeks inspiring encounters. As an architect, the harmony of landscape and building culture is close to her heart. In the hotel, she and her team ensure the well-being of our guests and find their balance in nature.

Reinhard is a developer and our man for web, house & garden. He loves technology, sport and good food. When Reinhard is not working as an engineer or working in or around the hotel, he is out and about around Velden and Lake Wörthersee. He is happy to reveal the best tours and secret spots to our guests.
