On arrival and departure, you can unload and load directly at the hotel. During your vacation, your car is safely parked in our own parking lot. You can charge your electric car directly at the hotel for a fee. If you arrive by train, we will be happy to pick you up from Velden station by arrangement and thank you for your green journey with a credit for the Maxi-Bar.

Notwithstanding the above, the following cancellation conditions apply: Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 30 days before arrival. If canceled up to 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total price and within 7 days before arrival 70% of the total price. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the total price of the stay will be charged. Just in case, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
